A podcast and publication for entrepreneurs. We publish articles and episodes, run a newsletter, sell merchandise, and sell advertising and sponsored placements.
You may read it, listen, share links, and quote with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles or episodes, scrape at a scale that degrades the site, break into non-public parts, or present our work as your own.
Automated collection of our content for training or resale is not permitted without written agreement.
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send confirmation that it has shipped. We may decline an order and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices. In US dollars, exclusive of tax and shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have ordered. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
Payment. Taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store card details.
Shipping. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for any import duty or tax on international orders.
Returns and exchanges. We do not offer returns or exchanges, including for size or colour. Please check sizing before ordering.
Wrong or damaged items. If your order arrives wrong or damaged, email connect@hustleinspireshustle.com within one week of receiving it, with photographs showing the problem. We will replace it or refund you.
Statutory rights. Nothing above removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Articles, episodes and guest interviews are general commentary for a business audience. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and nothing creates an advisory relationship.
Guests speak for themselves. Publishing an interview is not an endorsement of the guest, their business or their claims, and any result they describe happened for them in their circumstances. Nothing here is a guarantee of income, growth or outcome.
We accept paid placements: sponsored articles, link insertions, listicle placements, display advertising and podcast sponsorship.
Anything paid for is labelled. Sponsored articles and paid link placements carry a clear label identifying them as sponsored, positioned where a reader sees it before reading. Podcast sponsorships are disclosed in the episode. An advertiser who asks us to remove or obscure a label is refused.
Editorial control stays with us. Paying buys the placement. It does not buy coverage elsewhere, influence over unrelated content, or removal of anything already published.
Advertiser responsibilities. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you supply, that your claims are truthful and substantiated, and that the content complies with advertising law. You agree to cover our costs if a claim arises from what you gave us.
We may decline or remove any placement, including after publication, if it proves misleading, unlawful or not as represented. Payment and scheduling are governed by the separate written placement agreement.
If you apply to be a guest or submit work, you confirm it is yours and infringes nobody's rights.
You keep ownership of what you write or say. You give us a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish, distribute, and keep it in our archive, including clips used to promote it.
We may edit for length, clarity and house style.
We link out, including to platforms hosting the podcast. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
Some outbound links may earn a commission. Where that applies we say so on the page.
We try to keep both sites up but do not promise they will always be available or error-free, and may change or remove any part without notice.
The sites are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hustle Inspires Hustle LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of them, and total liability relating to the sites will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
This limit does not apply to orders. For anything you buy, our liability is at least the amount you paid for it, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If your use of the sites breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.
Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
